We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reinsurance Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team in a hybrid capacity. This role plays a critical part in supporting our growth-focused reinsurance division, working closely with the Reinsurance Accounting Team Leader to ensure the accurate accounting and administration of reinsurance agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of reinsurance agreements, including premium calculations, claims recoverable, and allowances, while ensuring compliance with treaty terms. This role requires collaboration with reinsurers, clients, finance staff, auditors, and internal teams to ensure the proper execution of reinsurance transactions.
