The law clerk will work with in–house counsels on the preparation of transaction-related documentation, regulatory filings, corporate documentation, or any other legal document produced by the U.S. Property and Casualty Legal team, organize and assist in submission materials for policy filings with State regulators, conduct legal research and monitor emerging issues. As time permits, the role holder will be expected to drive and/or support (depending on capacity) the review and development of training materials, 50 states comparative charts, internal policies and processes, economic sanctions screening and other organizational and business-related initiatives.
