Physical Damage Claims Adjuster Job Summary: The Physical Damage Claims Adjuster is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of auto, truck, and other material and physical damage claims, including but not limited to theft, fire, and vandalism. Major Accountabilities: 1. Document information, investigate, verify coverage, and make decisions consistent with local laws and claims practices. 2. Investigate the facts of loss to include obtaining all necessary affidavits, statements, reports, and documentation to validate the loss and adjust the claim. 3.
