Review and monitor total loss claim inventory to ensure timely handling and resolution. Assign and distribute new total loss claims based on workload and staffing needs. Provide guidance and technical support to adjusters regarding vehicle valuations, settlement calculations, title issues, and coverage questions. Review claim files for quality, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company procedures. Approve settlement authority within established limits and escalate exceptions as needed. Handle customer, attorney, lienholder, and regulatory escalations related to total loss claims. Monitor cycle times, pending claims, and key performance metrics to identify and address delays.
