Maintain Agency retention goals and service standards. Keep in touch with clients consistently to solidify agency relationships. Present renewals to clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Establish positive working relationships with customers for account retention. Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills. Work closely with producers to retain accounts, and occasionally accompany producers on meetings as needed.
