Summary
The AVP Business Development, Advisory Sales is responsible for the growth of the broker/dealer and advisory business through increased training and sales support efforts. In partnership with the Business Development team, this role will work on recruiting and developing training materials and programs to drive the growth of existing advisors and be an attraction for recruiting new advisors to the firm. This role will also interact with existing Affiliated Agencies and Independent Channel to increase the number of Representatives using Advisory tools while growing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively promote firm’s proprietary fee based advisory platform and its growth.
Work with firm’s third-party product and advisory solution line up as appropriate.
