In practice, the core activities of the job include:
Billing and administrative functions of COBRA and benefits plans
Process enrollments, update carriers, handle status changes, and process documentation of insurability and carrier follow-ups
Strength and skills necessary for success in the role:
Previous experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook will be helpful
1-2 years related office experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication
