This individual will compile, organizes and analyzes claim information for inclusion in reports and client packages. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with electronic mail, filing, and general office duties relating to insurance claims. Document claim updates in the claim database ensuring accuracy. Assist in bill payment process, and data entry task and documentation production. Utilizes the Claim System for inquiries and letter generation.
