Job Description Do you have call center or customer service experience and an interest in insurance? If so, our Client Experience team may be a great fit! Here’s why: our Customer Service Reps provide excellent service by taking inbound calls from policyholders/customers regarding their policy. We also communicate via chat and email. You'll share your knowledge of our policy coverages with the customer and research any questions they have. You’ll record all information in our administration system, Life Comm. How we’ll support you: Our trainers will teach you the admin system, and our life insurance policies.
