Position Summary The Senior HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Manager and collaborates with the HR leadership team and others in the organization to seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall user experience. This role is responsible for building and maintaining Workday configuration and system administration. This role partners with HR process owners and cross-functional teams to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities.
