Handles and routes checks received to Accounting and civil subpoenas to Legal. Ensures all valid requests are processed within company and legal guidelines, including handling of privileged documents. Communicates with copy services and applicant attorneys to provide status updates. Correctly identifies all claims associated with each request utilizing Claims database and State electronic adjudication system.
