Overview
The Sales Leader’s core requirements include recruitment of producers, onboarding and training of producers, and holding producers accountable to their production goals. The Sales Leader is the day-to-day manager of all producers in their territory. Sales Leaders are tasked with managing new business sales for the agency. The Ideal Candidate A true go-getter, you are able to take initiative and are a highly motivated person to succeed.
