We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator I to serve in a multifaceted role supporting key HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and invoice processing. This position works closely with the HR team to ensure accurate processes, regulatory compliance, and positive team member experience. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support across payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and vendor invoice processing. Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Assist with payroll processing, reporting, and post-payroll reconciliation in partnership with Accounting. Support benefits administration, including annual enrollment and team member inquiries. Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee records in compliance with employment laws.
