$62,000.00 - $103,000.00Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Communicate product sales opportunities, product or procedure enhancements.
Implement life strategies to help increase life sales with distribution partners.
Recognize and provide recommendations or solutions when working with distribution partners, both internal and external.
Provide coaching on prospecting, sales skill, and product knowledge to distribution partners.
Assist agents with book of business reviews to identify immediate and potential sales opportunities.
Have knowledge of life insurance products and riders.
May be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements
Self-Motivated, prior sales experience with strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively to manage multiple projects with a strong desire to succeed in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
Demonstrated effective experience leading people and/or projects; or, demonstrated effective leadership experience.

Licenses
Must have or obtain proper Life insurance license within three months of hire. License maintenance and continuing education required.
CLU, designation must be obtained within 3 years.
Resident Life license within 30 days of hire.
Non-resident Life license within 90 days of hire.
Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record.
Insurance License Options
Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.
