Role Overview
We are seeking a Reinsurance Manager to join our Reinsurance Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for all activities related to the management of Accounting/Reinsurance professionals, including administering the company’s reinsurance accounting policies and practices and the preparation of financial statements. As part of a dynamic team, you will oversee reinsurance reporting, financial analysis, and business process improvements while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and controls.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
Experience
6 years of relevant and progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance, including at least 3 years in Reinsurance Reporting
Skills & Experience
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel (up to 10% of time)
