The Head of Delivery Management owns end-to-end operational delivery excellence across the in-house creative agency. This leader translates demand into executable plans, ensuring work is properly scoped, prioritized and delivered predictably while balancing speed, quality and cost.

Partnering across Account, Creative, Operations, and Marketing stakeholders, this role shapes how creative work moves through the agency by establishing disciplined delivery frameworks and best practices, strong forecasting practices and clear portfolio visibility. The focus is not simply on managing timelines, but on building a scalable delivery discipline that drives confidence and performance at scale.  

What You’ll Do

Define and Evolve the Delivery Framework

  • Design and implement scalable delivery models aligned to different work types and complexity tiers across all channels
  • Establish structured communication cadences, dashboard and reporting standards, and project health tracking mechanisms
  • Introduce structured estimation and forecasting practices across timelines, scope and resource needs
  • Define clear success metrics for delivery performance

Build High Performing Project Ownership

  • Lead and develop the Project Management team
  • Set clear expectations for end to end project leadership beyond schedule management
  • Strengthen proactive planning, stakeholder coordination, driving project ownership, and solution oriented problem solving
  • Align demand with capacity in partnership with Account, Creative, Operations and Marketing
  • Drive adoption of consistent intake, documentation and readiness standards

Risk Management

  • Implement proactive risk identification and mitigation practices
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex or high visibility initiatives
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions when work exceeds available resources

You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in internal or external creative agency project management
  • A structured, systems-oriented leader who brings clarity to complex, high volume creative environments
  • Comfortable introducing scalable planning and forecasting disciplines where they do not yet fully exist.
  • Skilled at facilitating tradeoffs and navigating competing priorities
  • Calm, credible and confident in executive conversations
  • Collaborative and low ego, able to partner effectively across functions

What Succes Looks Like

  • Structured management system inclusive of scoping, reporting, project health trackers, and meeting cadences that reduce late stage escalations
  • A high performing creative project management team that confidently leads workstreams, anticipates risks, offers solutions and drives momentum across cross functional stakeholders
  • Seamless integration of contractors 

Location

  • This role is hybrid out of our Hudson Yards NYC location

Salary Range:

$132,420.00 - $217,545.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
