Head of Intelligent Delivery Platforms

The Head of Intelligent Delivery Platforms is responsible for operating the enterprise product delivery and AI Engineer productivity platforms.  This role shifts the organization’s focus on supporting and optimizing enterprise delivery.

Reporting to senior technology leadership, this role manages the Technology AI Productivity platform and delivery management platforms.  The Head of Intelligent Delivery Platforms ensures that delivery execution is transparent, data‑driven, and continuously improving, while embedding intelligent capabilities and portfolio‑level decision‑making.

This leader partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Product and Business stakeholders to delivery operations and establish delivery platforms as enterprise accelerator. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for enterprise delivery management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM).
  • Accountable for Enterprise AI Engineer Productivity Platform (e.g HCLTech AI Force)
  • Enable proactive identification of delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies through data‑driven and AI‑assisted insights.
  • Ensure delivery data is accurate, trusted, and actionable across teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex delivery signals into clear, outcome‑focused executive insights.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, Portfolio and Architecture leaders to align delivery platforms.
  • Enable consistent delivery execution across multiple delivery models, including product‑centric, platform, project, and hybrid approaches.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven feedback loops and experimentation.
  • Manages third party resources responsible for delivery platforms, analytics, and enablement.
  • Act as a delivery thought leader and evangelist, raising enterprise maturity in flow‑based and intelligent delivery practices.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the delivery ecosystem.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, delivery platforms, or enterprise technology transformation.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles owning enterprise delivery systems, platforms, or execution capabilities.
  • Deep experience with delivery management and portfolio platforms (e.g., Jira, confluence).
  • Deep experience with AI Engineer Productivity Platforms (e.g Devin.ai, Cusor)
  • Strong understanding of delivery flow, throughput, capacity planning, and predictability at scale.
  • Experience embedding analytics, automation, and AI‑driven insights into delivery or operational workflows.
  • Deep experience in modern software delivery, DevOps, and product operating models.
  • Experience working with delivery metrics, dashboards, and data platforms to inform executive decisions.
  • Ability to translate delivery data into actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise‑level change.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Level

  • Level 8

Salary Range:

$152,290.00 - $250,195.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
