Role Overview

Maintains an organized and sanitized environment in break rooms and common eating areas. Assists with meeting luncheons.

Key Responsibilities

Using standardized procedures and established guidelines, this role is responsible for completing routine assignments.

  • Ensure office breakrooms and communal areas are consistently stocked through daily inventory and replenishment of supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize counters, sinks, floors, microwaves, and refrigerators, as needed, throughout each day.
  • Assist with ordering breakroom and cleaning supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Review the daily meeting calendar and support onsite luncheons, including cleanup and proper waste disposal.
  • Support preparation and cleaning of employee workstations and office spaces.
  • Perform relevant duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Up to two years of relevant experience preferred
  • Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Conditions

  • May be required to move or lift up to 30 pounds
  • May be required to move or stand for extended periods of time
  • Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
