Position Summary

Provides administrative and coordination support for lending operations, including preparing reports, documenting meetings, and assisting with information collection. Helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, supports team objectives, and maintains compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembles report for weekly loan committee review, including credit proposals and various management reports. Takes minutes of meetings and documents actions taken by the loan committee.
  • Assemble report of loans with adverse conditions for quarterly loan committee review. Takes minutes of meetings and documents actions taken by the loan committee.
  • Performs monthly collateral checks for certain categories of loans by traveling to the collateral locations and visually confirming its presence.
  • Assists loan officers and credit analysts by working with customers to gather updated financial information in accordance with each loan’s reporting requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

Required Qualifications

Experience
History of working in an office setting, general lending knowledge preferred


Education/Certifications/Licenses
A high school degree or equivalent

Skills
Must possess strong attention to detail; possess working knowledge of Word, Excel, and general computer skills; possess strong oral and written communication skills
