We are seeking a MarTech-focused marketing professional to support and evolve our Marketing Technology strategy for the Individual Business. This role will sit at the intersection of field enablement, marketing strategy, technology, and operations—driving the effective delivery, governance, and optimization of content, tools, and workflows that power field and advisor engagement.
This individual will play a key role in administering and enhancing our marketing technology ecosystem, including sales enablement, digital asset management, and work management capabilities. They will ensure content is discoverable, compliant, and effectively activated across distribution channels while enabling scale through streamlined processes and data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate brings financial services or insurance marketing experience, a strong understanding of MarTech infrastructure, and a passion for operational excellence. They are equally comfortable managing platforms, optimizing workflows, and enabling end users in a regulated, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize core marketing platforms, including sales enablement, digital asset management (DAM/CMS), and work management.
Work with the platform and program enablement team to drive platform adoption, governance, taxonomy, and best practices to improve content discoverability, usability, and performance.
Partner with Technology teams to manage integrations, enhancements, and system roadmaps across the MarTech stack.
Oversee lifecycle management of advisor-facing content within DAM, ensuring proper tagging, version control, and compliance alignment.
Establish and maintain scalable content operations processes that support efficient creation, review, approval, and distribution.
Ensure alignment of content with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and distribution needs.
Enable distribution teams through effective use of sales enablement and related tools, ensuring timely access to relevant content, training materials, and insights.
Support the execution of advisor training programs, presentations, and digital experiences powered by enablement platforms.
Gather feedback from field users to continuously improve tools, content, and user experience.
Leverage work management systems to manage marketing workflows, resource allocation, and project tracking.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into project status, capacity, and operational performance.
Partner with Product, Distribution, Compliance, Legal, and Enterprise Marketing teams to ensure alignment across systems, content, and initiatives.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Monitor platform usage, content engagement, and operational KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
Use data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness, platform adoption, and field engagement.
Ensure all marketing materials and workflows adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
Support audit readiness and governance processes across platforms and content.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 5+ years of marketing, marketing operations, or MarTech experience within financial services or insurance.
MarTech Expertise: Experience with sales enablement, digital asset management (DAM), and/or work management platforms required; familiarity with tools such as Seismic, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Workfront preferred.
Content Operations: Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and governance best practices.
Process & Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex workflows, optimize processes, and deliver across multiple initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical and operational solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to support training and user enablement.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with marketing compliance processes in regulated industries.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
Location
Salary Range:
$82,770.00 - $135,975.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
