Job Description
Are you interested in working for a strong regional insurance company? This role is for a Property Claims Supervisor - Commercial .
This position is remote and the person can be located in; IL, IA, WI, MO, IN, MN, MI, OH, PA, KY, TN, AZ or CO.
Duties:
- Assign, monitor and supervise property claims
- Oversee development of assigned staff (Currently a team of 7)
- Participate in more complex claims
- Create and maintain relationship with internal team, independent agency channel and IA vendors
- Participation in Claims Committee

Desired Experience:
- 7+ years of Commercial Property Adjusting experience with an insurance carrier
- 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred
- Experience with Xactimate preferred
- AIC, or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire
