As an Underwriting Specialist at Oxford Risk Management Group, you will be required to execute critical thinking and should have strong communication skills, a high level of organization, the ability to multitask often, and be able to consistently provide world class customer service to our clients. The Underwriting Specialist must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment, that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Underwriting Specialist will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Pay Range:
$51,800 - $85,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
