Summary
Jeweler Mutual's HR Internship is designed to provide professional, real world experience! This internship will provide hands-on experience with HR systems and operations, HR data management and system implementations, develop business process documentation skills, participate in enterprise change management initiatives, and learn about benefits, compliance, employee records, and HR policy administration. This position is required to be hybrid (mostly in-office, opportunity for remote days) based out of our Neenah, WI headquarters.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the cleanup and creation of system data, records, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist with data migration activities, including reviewing, comparing, and validating employee information across HR systems.
- Identify and document data discrepancies, errors, or missing information for review and resolution.
- Assist with organizing, tracking, and preparing HR records for retention, archival, or migration.
- Document current-state and future-state HR processes.
- Update standard operating procedures, process guides, and checklists.
- Assist with the creation of training materials, quick reference guides, FAQs, and employee-facing resources.
- Support change management efforts by helping prepare communications, training logistics, and rollout materials for HR initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including new hire processing, employee changes, benefits audits, and employee records maintenance.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and in accordance with HR policies.
- Perform other HR, compliance, research, and project support duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Interest in HR technology and business process improvement.
- Prior HR Internship experience.
