As a Managing Director in our Work, Rewards and Careers practice, you will be primarily responsible for leading and partnering with colleagues to sell and deliver client engagements with a wide range of clients across industry sectors. In this capacity, you will act as a coach and mentor for consultants and analysts. The scope of our projects ranges from those focused solely on broad-based rewards, careers and talent management to those involving other lines of business such as M&A due diligence and integration, total rewards strategy design and optimization assessments.
