The HR Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for providing support, coordination, administration and maintenance of a full range of Onboarding and HRIS functions. Reports directly to the Director of HR Operations. How You Will Contribute Draft and prepare New Hire Offer Letters and onboarding documentation. Initiate required Employee Background Checks and Drug Screenings when applicable. Coordinate between HR team and Corporate Partners (Legal, IT, etc.) in the preparation for new hire paperwork. Provide guidance to New Hires as they navigate through the onboarding process. Interface with external vendors on a daily basis and provide timely responses to requests or inquiries from both internal and external partners.
