Position Summary: The Claims Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight, and management of the Captive Claims Department, ensuring consistent and effective claims advocacy and service delivery across the Captive portfolio. This position provides leadership and guidance to the claims team, participates in claim reviews, and oversees complex and high-exposure property and casualty claims. The Claims Director works closely with clients, carriers, third-party administrators, defense counsel, and other claims professionals to promote effective claims strategies, appropriate reserve management, and timely resolution.
