Role Summary : Our Digital team is seeking an HCM Platform Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across leading HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG), supporting the end-to-end success of customer integrations with Guardian’s API ecosystem. This role combines deep HCM configuration expertise (plan design, eligibility rules, and business processes) with a strong understanding of carrier integrations and API-driven connectivity .
