Description Join our team as a Corporate Governance Specialist and play a key role in keeping an extensive corporate structure running smoothly. In this hands‑on position you will assist with the corporate governance administration for a large portfolio of subsidiaries, support regulatory filings and insurance licensing, and help ensure our legal and compliance records are accurate, accessible and up to date.   This is a hybrid position.
