- The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the full employee lifecycle by providing administrative and operational assistance across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee and candidate data in Workday, supporting compliance and reporting requirements, and delivering positive candidate and new hire experience while ensuring HR processes run efficiently and accurately.
