SUMMARY The Culture Intern will support the Learning, Culture, and Organizational Development team in designing, coordinating, and implementing initiatives that enhance our culture enterprise-wide. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in culture-building, change management, data analysis, and communication strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in creating, designing, and implementing culture programs and presentations that drive employee engagement, behavior change, and cultural adoption. This includes concepts for programs as well as materials needed to execute them. Assist in the application of change-management principles to execute change plans and support transformation activities. Craft reports and analyze data to measure program success.
