The Operational Efficiency Business Unit Manager provides tactical leadership to the Operational Efficiency team of the Project Management division. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the business unit and for consistently executing the Operational Efficiency strategy.  They will work with a team of subject matter experts in the identification and execution of process improvement projects that sustainably improve customer and employee experiences while enhancing overall performance.  This position requires leadership, change management and technical competence.
