The Career Development & Life Coach is responsible in utilizing NYCM’s coaching model to implement and engage in effective coaching of employees alongside team leaders and managers. They coach employees to improve performance based on skill gaps, as well as improve and develop new and existing skill sets. They work directly with employees to determine right-fit in job roles, develop career paths, and inspire self-reflection.
