The Facilities Division Manager manages the development of strategic and long-term operating plans for the Facilities Management division.  They direct the planning, development, implementation, and administration of all Facilities Management programs, including building and grounds maintenance and design, daily facilities upkeep, and security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of NYCM employees and visitors.  In addition, they are responsible for the real estate and related expense budgets. The Facilities Division Manager is responsible for the vision, operations and leadership of the Facilities Division, exhibiting high level leadership skills as outlined in the NYCM Leadership Success Profile (LSP).
