Position Summary The Mail Clerk is responsible for the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail for assigned office or department in accordance with Company guidelines, client needs, and regulatory requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities Opens daily incoming and inter-office mail; sorts and distributes mail to appropriate department or staff member. Processes outgoing mail and invoices; packages, documents, and sends to appropriate recipient. Prepares and processes overnight and special delivery letters and packages. Ensures sufficient mail supplies remain on hand; notifies supervisor when new supplies are needed. Provides back-up for other support services functions, based on location needs. Performs other related duties as assigned.
