Brown & Brown is seeking a   Receptionist   to join our growing team in Pryor, OK.       The Receptionist takes care of the front desk and maintains all incoming and outgoing mail  a nd works with all departments to assist with items needed.     How You Will Contribute:       Answer phones – direct calls/take messages/voice mail.   Greet and assist/direct customers.   Open/sort/date-stamp incoming mail – scan mail to appropriate account managers and accounting   Do labels for outgoing mail   Prepare all mail for pickup   Type letters if needed.   Filing as time permits - Image Right   Keep printers, copiers filled with paper/ toners .   FedEx/overnight items....
