Primary Duties Investigate claims thoroughly, including coverage and identifying subrogation. Manage medical issues and schedule timely appointments. Work closely with Team Manager to identify red flags.   Consistently keep claim files documented and updated  Ensure that all medical payments are issued timely and appropriately.
