The Claims Information Service Representative will handle inbound and/or outbound calls from policyholders and injured workers regarding workers compensation claim status regarding payments, medical treatment authorization, and provide one call resolution to the caller. The Product Development Manager is responsible for supporting the design, enhancement, and ongoing management of NJM’s personal auto, homeowners, and umbrella products across the company’s operating footprint. This newly created position is accountable for evaluating product performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to improve product competitiveness and profitability.
