Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage executive meetings & events for both internal and external audiences
Creates and monitors event timelines
Maintains vendor relationships and negotiates contracts
Develops budgets and reconciles expenses
Arrange, travel, accommodations and menus
Coordinates and distributes communications and event materials
Desired Experience & Skills:
Bachelors or equivalent education and experience
3+ years experience
CMP - Certified Meeting Planner designation desirable
Experience with Cvent, event registration platform
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Insurance industry knowledge/experience desirable
