The Role The Global Lead for Sales Process & Analytics is a leadership role responsible for defining, driving, and governing the global strategy within IT for sales technology platforms—primarily Dynamics 365 CRM and Global Sales Analytics. This role ensures that global sales systems, data, and processes align with business strategy across Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. The position combines strategic leadership, platform ownership, vendor and stakeholder management, and oversight of an internal development/operations team.
