Job Responsibilities and Requirements As part of the extended Information Technology leadership team, Manager - Claims Solutions and Services is responsible for leading and coordinating the Salesforce Solutions Claims team, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and ongoing system enhancements. This role works closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategies and technical solutions. It requires deep knowledge of claims and absence management systems, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore team members.
