Job Description: We are looking to add a Facilities Specialist to join our Office Services team in St. Louis Park, MN . Essential Responsibilities: Oversee general office environments in partnership with office administrator and Tech Support team. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and set up duties, daily throughout facility. Be proactive in maintaining highly professional appearance (inside and out) of all areas of the facility to include equipment, furniture, etc. without significant direction. Maintain inventories of snacks, drinks, cleaning and maintenance supplies, tools, offsite storage, (if applicable), and the ability to purchase, pick up, and deliver to the office.
