This role provides high-level administrative and operational assistance to senior leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing a broad range of administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, supporting business operations, processing invoices, and maintaining office services. In addition, this position plays a key role in planning and executing internal events, administering program rewards, and providing backup support for mail processing.
