Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to support internal and external customers by responding to claims file inquiries, typically low cost and/or low complexity claims, escalating issues as necessary, maintaining accurate documentation and following established guidelines to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and achieve department success. •Location: Woodland, California •Work Arrangement: This role will require 5 days/week in our Woodland, CA office while training for the role. The hours for this role are 7:30am-4:15pm PST Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am-12pm PST on Fridays. •The starting salary range for this role is between $23.25/hour and $35.00/hour depending on experience.
