Description Summary: Manage employee relations matters and investigations concerning sales practice activity. Investigate sales practice complaints that come to the team via the Sales Practices Monitoring Team, Ethics Line, Managers, Colleagues, Customer Advocacy Team, or any other group. Manage Case Managers aligned to practice area to ensure consistency in guidance, documentation and corrective action. Work with stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment in practice area support.
